Right now in the Perfect Flavor Coffee and Ice Cream shop, you’ll find our latest flavor - strikingly vivid magenta Hibiscus Ginger Sorbet.  Lynsie has fused together powdered culinary hibiscus leaves, ginger and evaporated cane sugar (all organic, OF COURSE) into the current favorite flavor at the store.

Hibiscus possesses a mysterious, unplaceable floral and fruity boquet, and when combined with just the right amount of cane sugar, it makes a sweet and refreshing flavor on its own.  But, combined with ginger, it enters a transcendental higher plane of tongue tantalization.  It’s zippy, powerful, and unexpected.  Prepare to be enlightened.
